We do upgrades to quality CD ROMs and Sound Cards. We perfer to use Creative 
Labs Sound Blaster 16 or 32. We also use Creative  Labs CD ROM drives unless 
something else is specified.

CD ROM drives come in single speed, 2X or double speed, 4X or quad speed, 6X, 
and 8X at this time. 4x offers a good value usually at under $300 for a 
complete kit with software, SB16, and speakers. An 8X complete kit is $400.

Usually the Groliers Encloypedia along with other software is encluded.

We usually install these kits along with the drivers to make them work. We do 
not install the game or other software unless contracted to do so.

We do not guarantee the kits to be fully functional in all computers as many 
low end promotional computers will not work due to conventional memory 
limitations. Many games require 620-631K free conventional memory and we find 
it just isn't possible, even with a memory manager such as QEMM. You can add 
all the memory chips you want, but if conventional memory can not be managed, 
you are still limited.
